Hi, my name is Josh and I’m a personal trainer and NLP Practitioner offering personal training in the South East London area.

All my training is targeted to what you want to achieve and I will ensure that you get the maximum results for the efforts that you put in. I can provide training for the following goals;

• FREE Consultation: no obligation
• £50 per session
• 6 Session (includes program design if necessary) £240
• 12 Session (includes program design if necessary) £360
• Group Training
• Special Packages: If you have a period of time to get ready for a certain event, be it a wedding, holiday or sporting even then please contact me to discuss packages
• Email Consultation: If you are unable to physically meet me I am able to design programs via phone and email consultation. The cost of this service will depend on the scope of the service. You will have access to email and phone support throughout the duration.

Sessions can be conducted either in the in your own home, office or local park.
