If you are 40-74 and live in Southwark, don't miss out on your free NHS Health Check on Friday 9 April at Kingswood House or on Friday 16 April at East Dulwich Community Centre.
There’s no need for an appointment, and in just 20 minutes you can have an NHS Health Check, which includes blood pressure, body mass index, cholesterol, diabetes and waist circumference testing.
Southwark residents aged 40- 74 are eligible, provided they haven’t already been diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart disease or have had a heart attack or stroke.
The service is being offered by NHS Southwark in conjunction with UK charity the Blood Pressure Association.
