Royal Mail

no attempts made to deliver items yet it claims to have tried and nobody was home. I should know, i was waiting all day like I don't have work to go to. No evidence or note or reciept stating an attempt was made. Very unreliable since this is not the first time its happened. then the opening times are now too short and I have to put my life on hold for something I should not worry about. Not a happy customer with this service
